Go to: https://data.fei.org and in the top right hand corner of the page there is a Login button.

From the Calendar/ Results menu click on RESULTS BY NF

From this page, you can search for results on events held on your country or for results for Athletes from your country. 

Click on DOWNLOAD AS CSV to get the file with the result of your search.
