Certain changes will come into effect as of the 1st January 2017 in regards to horse documents and uploads to the FEI Database.

STILL THE SAME:

1) It will still be necessary to upload scans/photos of certain pages of a horse' identification document when FEI ID Registration numbers are upgraded to FEI Passports or FEI Recognition Cards.

2) It will still be necessary to upload scans/photos of certain pages of a horse' identification document when changes are made to existing documents.
