How to validate a vaccination record on the FEI HorseApp during the Examination on Arrival

Are you a FEI Official Veterinarian during the Examination on Arrival you have a Horse that requires its vaccination details to be validated by you?

When a new vaccination or historical vaccination details are recorded on the FEI HorseApp for a FEI Horse for the first time, the vaccination details must be validated by the FEI and a FEI Official Veterinarian.

Step 1: Log in to the FEI Horseapp and start the Examination on Arrival process.

Click here to see how to use the FEI HorseApp during the Examination on Arrival.

Step 2: After you have identified the Horse with your microchip reader connected to the FEI HorseApp or searched for the Horse with its name or FEI ID, you will see a pop-up message asking for the vaccination details to be validated. Click on OK.

Step 3: You will see all the vaccination details. Open the document Horse identification and Document 1 to see that the documents uploaded on the FEI HorseApp match with the physical Horse Document you have in front of you. Then you can Reject or Validate the vaccination details recorded for the Horse.

Step 4: You can then continue the examination on arrival process and can see the equine influenza vaccination status in addition to the Horse information and Horse Health Requirements.
