You tried to add a Show in the FEI Calendar and could not find the Venue?

Step 1: Log in to the FEI Database (https://data.fei.org) using your FEI ID number and password.

Step 2: Navigate to the Calendar/Results menu and check if the venue does not exist already by using the Venue Search tool. If not, click on Add Venue.

Step 3: Complete the Venue Detail information on this page.

Tip 1: You can enter the address and click on Locate this address to have the marker placed on your Venue.

Tip 2: You can move the marker manually and then click on Get from location to get the GPS coordinates.

Please note: Add a Venue will only enable the FEI to locate the place on the map. Once the Venue is created, you can add your Show every year.

Step 4: Once the form is fully completed, click on the Save button to submit the form.

Please note: Once the Venue is saved, it still needs to be approved by the FEI before it appears on the list of venues available.

Venue names

The name of the Venue should always be the name of the city where the Venue is located. If more precision is required, please see the following options:

Option 1: If there is more than one Venue in the same city, a complement can be added. This complement cannot contain a commercial brand or a person.
Examples:
Lausanne - Flon                                OK
Lausanne - Mercedes Stadium      Not OK

Option 2: If there is a bigger city close to the Venue (less than 10km), the name of this city can be used after the name of the city where the Venue is located.
Examples:
Crissier - Lausanne                      OK
Lausanne - Crissier                      Not OK

(If people search for "Lausanne" in the FEI Database, "Crissier - Lausanne" will show up).
