You are an Athlete and you want to contact the Organising Committee of an FEI Event? You can find the contact details of the Organising Committee on the FEI Approved Schedule.

The FEI Approved Schedule can be found in the FEI Database or in the FEI SportApp.

To find the FEI Approved Schedule in the FEI Database

Step 1: Go to the FEI Calendar here: https://data.fei.org/Calendar/Search.aspx

Step 2: Fill in the different filters and click on Search. To enter the Show detail page, click on the Show Venue name and to enter the Event detail page, click on the relevant Event.

Step 3a: On the Show Detail page, you will find the FEI Approved Schedule for each Event, click on View Schedule to open the Schedule.

Step 3b: On the Event Detail page, you will find the FEI Approved Schedule of the relevant Event, click on View Schedule to open the Schedule.

Step 4: On the FEI Approved Schedule, under Section IV. General Information, you will find the contact details of the Organiser.

Step 5: You can also find the general email address of the Organising Committee on the Show Detail page.

To find the FEI Approved Schedule in the FEI SportApp

Step 1: Download the FEI SportApp on your smartphone or tablet. The application is available on both iOS and Android Devices.

Click here for all information related to the FEI SportApp including the links to download the App.

Step 2: Open the FEI SportApp, click on the Event section and select the relevant Show Venue name for which you are looking for the Organising Committee's contact details.

Step 3: Open the FEI Approved Schedule by clicking on Download Schedule.

Step 4: On the FEI Approved Schedule, under Section IV. General Information, you will find the contact details of the Organiser.
