Are you an FEI Official and would like to see the entries of FEI Events at which you are assigned?
Step-by-step process to access the FEI SportApp:
Step 1: Log in to the FEI SportApp with your FEI ID and password.

Please note: Most of FEI Officials will already have active accounts and passwords set up to view their Official Assignments or when working with the FEI Entry System.
Step 2: Navigate to the different sections according to your needs.
At the top of the screen you can see 5 icons, each icon takes you to a separate section.
Please note: For Apple iPhones the icons are at the bottom of the screen.
The 5 sections:
Events: FEI Calendar, including Event schedules and Competition details
Results: Validated results for all FEI Disciplines
Athletes: Possibility to search Athletes and view their profiles
Horses: Possibility to search Horses and view their profiles
Me: A personal section requiring log in details for Athletes and Officials
Step 3: You can access your personal account by selecting the Menu button.
Step 4: Here, you will also find the Help section and the possibility to filter the app by discipline, so that the Calendar and Results views is discipline-specific.
Step-by-step process to use the FEI SportApp as an FEI Official and consult the Entries:
Step 1: When you are logged in, and in the Me section, you will arrive on your My Events page. It shows you the upcoming FEI Events you have been assigned to, the function you will have at this Event, as well as the start and end dates.
Step 2: By selecting My History you have a list by year of all your previous Official Assignments, what the relevant function you had, as well as the Venue and dates of the Event.
Step 3: By selecting a past Event you will be given the option to open the validated Show Results or the past Show Entries.
Step 4: By selecting your upcoming event in My Events the list of entries will open.
Step 5: You can filter the view you have of your entries to include all Show entries or entries by Event. You can use the green tick to select all Events or the specific Events you would like to view.
Step 6: On the Event page, you can view the entries.
Step 7: By clicking near the green dashes, the status of the entries will become bigger and clearer.
Step 8: Status of Entries : Different colours represent different entry statuses.
Green – Accepted: The entry is accepted.
Black – Withdrawn: The entry has been withdrawn by the National Federation.
Orange – Waiting for OC: The entry has been made by the NF; the OC needs to accept.
Red - Rejected: The entry has been rejected by the Organising Committee.
Step 9: Refreshing Entry list: by pulling down on the screen, the list of entries will update automatically.
Step 10: Access the approved Show Schedule by selecting the download icon at the top of the screen. The FEI Approved Schedule will open.
Please note: You can view the entire FEI Approved Schedule if you need any further information and you can zoom into the screen to see the information in more detail.
Step 11: Consult an Athlete and Horse profiles by selecting an entry on the list you have the option to view the profiles of either the Athlete or the Horse(s).
Here you can see their latest results and some basic information about the Athlete and the Horse.
Step 12: Logging out : you will find the option to log out in the App Menu by clicking on your name.
Please note: Your account will stay logged in unless you choose to log out.
