You have been notified by email that an Organising Comittee has invited your Athlete for a specific Event? 

You want to see their OC invitations?

Step 1: Go to https://invitation.fei.org and login with your FEI ID number and password.

Step 2: In the top menu bar, click on OC invitations 

You will see all the OC invitations that have been sent by different Organising Committees to your Athletes.

You see the Venue, the Event and the date of the Event to which your Athlete has been invited, you are also informed about the number of Horses the OC has invited your Athletes with and the status of their invitation(s).

Step 4: You will see below the different statuses available:

Pending NF acceptation: Your Athlete has accepted the invitation sent by the Organising Committee for the CSI3* of Wellington. You need to confirm or decline the acceptation of this invitation.

Invited: The OC has invited your Athlete to the CSI2* of Villeneuve-Loubet. Your Athlete has not accepted or declined it for the moment. You can choose to accept the invitation or decline it on their behalf. 

Accepted: Your Athlete's invitation has been accepted and confirmed by you. They are now entered and accepted in the Organising Committee quota for the CSI4* of Salzburg Arena Messezentrum.

Declined: You or your Athlete has declined the invitation sent by the Organising Committee for the CSIAm-A of Salzburg Arena Messezentrum.

Please Note: It is possible to filter the main list of Athletes to only see the pending invitations by using the toggle button Only pending invitations.
