Your Athlete has received an OC invitation and has accepted it? 

You need to confirm their choice?

Step 1: Go to https://invitation.fei.org and login with your FEI ID number and password.

Step 2: In the top menu bar, click on OC invitations 

You will see all the OC invitations that have been sent by different Organising Committees to your Athletes.

Step 3: If your Athlete has already confirmed the OC invitation, the status will be Pending NF acceptation. 

If you agree with the participation of this Athlete for this Event, click on Accept in OC Quota on the right hand side.

Step 4: In the pop-up window that will open, you will be able to manage Horses and Horse slots.

You will see the maximum number of Horses per Athlete. You can choose to add a Horse or Horse slot but this can also be filled later directly in the FEI Entry System. In this case, a Horse slot has already been added, so you can fill the slot if you know the Horse your Athlete will take.

Step 5: To accept the OC invitation, click on Accept invitation.

This will confirm the OC invitation and your Athlete will automatically be entered and accepted in the Organising Committee quota.

Step 6: If your Athlete has not already accepted the OC invitation, the status will be shown as Invited.

You can click on Accept in OC Quota on behalf of your Athlete, this will make the entry in the FEI Entry System as mentioned above.

Step 7: Once the OC invitation is accepted, you have 2 minutes to cancel the acceptation of the invitation if perhaps you made a mistake. If you wish to undo the acceptiation, click on Undo on the right hand side.

Please Note: It is possible to filter the main list of Athletes to only see the pending invitations by using the toggle button Only pending invitations.
