How to make an entry on borrowed Horses on the FEI Entry System for Jumping


You need to make entries in an Event where borrowed Horses is allowed?

You need to make an entry for one of your Athletes on a borrowed Horse?

 

Step 1: Connect to the new version of the FEI Entry System for Jumping and find the Event in which you need to make an entry.

 

Step 2: Choose the Event in which you wish to make an entry and click on Add athlete.

Step 3: Once the Athlete is added, you can click on Add borrowed horse:

 

Step 4: A pop-up window will open. You will be able to choose the number of borrowed Horses you wish to add for this Athlete.

You can use the "+" and "-" signs to increase or decrease the number, you then click on Save:

 

Step 5: The entry will appear with the number of borrowed Horses you have chosen. You can then submit the entry with just the borrowed Horses (no Horse names).

The entry can be accepted by the Organising Committee without a specific Horse name; they then add the Horses to the FEI Entry System once the relevant draw has taken place.

 

Step 6: After the submission of the entry, you still have the option to specify the Horse if required. Click on Select a borrowed horse:

 

Step 7: A pop-up window will open where you will be able to choose the Horse you wish to enter or search for it by name or FEI ID number:

 

Step 8: Once you have found and selected the relevant Horse, you will click on Enter selected horses.

The entry will show the specific Horse entered as "Borrowed Horse".
